Map and Cue Sheet for
All-Purpose Bicycle Route
Franconia Road to Jefferson Memorial
Fairfax County Virginia

I call this an "all-purpose" route because I use it for commuting to Washington Navy Yard, for recreation, and as a way to get to favorite destinations. This ride begins at an easy-to-find landmark: the front doors of Thomas Edison High School in Lee District. Thomas Edison's address is 5801 Franconia Road Alexandria VA 22310. If you are not starting from home, you can use their parking lot when School is not in session.
